Return Policy
We limit returns to 30 days for exchange or refund for defective merchandise. Non-defective returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping fees to and from the customer will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before returning to get return instructions otherwise returns may not be accepted.

Shipping Time and Delivery
Orders are processed and ship out within 1-2 days and are delivered within 3-5 business days by US Mail. You should receive a confirmation email right after ordering if an email address is provided when ordering. You will receive another confirmation once your card has been charged and another once your order has shipped.

Over the phone: You may call in your order to us. However, it is better to enter your order online first so that way there is less chance of us getting the order information incorrect. You may order online and select the “call for credit card payment” option. After you have submitted the order you may simply call us at 802-735-2149 and provide us the credit card number if you don’t wish to give it online. Or, we will call you for it within 24-48 hours if you don’t call us first.
